We have worked with the Grand Traverse Staff to avoid 7 main allergens (wheat, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, fish, shellfish).  Special meals will be set up on in the main lobby and Tower pre-function space for your safety and enjoyment.  Please indicate during pre-registration of any special dietary concerns or allergy issues.  If you have concerns, please see the GTR staff.
